Chicken Roast


1. Full chicken               500gm
2. Onion                        3nos.
3.Tomato                       3nos.
4.Green chilli                  6nos.
5.Egg                             2nos.
6.Ginger                         1 small piece
7.Garlic                          6 pieces
8.Curry leaf                     2 stems(Optional)
9.Coriander leaves           2 stem
10. Mint                          2 stem
11.Chilli powder               1 teaspoon
12.Turmeric powder         1 pinch
13. Gram masala(spices) 1 pinch
14.Salt
15Coconut oil/ any other cooking oil


preparation:

Boil the egg and remove the skin. Clean the whole chicken. Cut the onion into small pieces lengthwise. Heat the oil and add onion  + green chilly. Once onion becomes tender  add crushed  ginger & garlic. Cook until it  becomes light brown in color. Add tomato +  other powders and cook until the oil comes up.

Fill the chicken with 2 spoon of masala + 2 eggs. Cook the chicken in pressure cooker until one vissile comes. Then fry the chicken in  oil. Dip the chicken in masala till the gravy becomes thick. Decorate with coriander leaves  and mint.
