LEMON RICE

             Ingredients
             Basmati rice-1 cup
             Lemon juice-2 tbsp
             Bengal gram dal- 1bsp
             Mustard seeds- 1tsp
             Urad dal- 1tsp
             Curry leaves- 4 or5 leaves
             Salt-to taste
             Oil-2 tbsp
             Green chillies(chopped)-4 or 5
             Turmeric powder-1 tsp

             Preparation
             First cook the rice and keep aside.Then in a pan pour some oil add the bengal
             gram dal and urad dal.let it change the colour to brown then add mustard
             seeds.Let it pop up.Then add green chillies and curry leaves .After that put the
             turmeric powder and little salt.Stir it.Add the cooked rice to it.Mix Well.Then add
             the lemon juice and little more salt.Remove it from the stove and serve it hot.You
             can have this rice with potato fry and vegetable salad.
